The Rules of Professional Conduct require the firm to state:  "Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome."  And that is very true.  The fact is that a number of external factors can influence legal outcomes, beyond the quality of advice provided.  A positive outcome in a legal case does not automatically signify high-quality legal advice, just as a negative outcome does not necessarily reflect poorly on the advice received.
